My students need more accessibility to outside play through kickballs, footballs, and the parachute which will encourage team work in my classroom.

My Students

My students are in a Title 1 School and most from low income families or one parent homes. This class is full of characteristics including comedians, "chatty cathy's", and tenderhearted students.

I have a differentiated class when it comes to their learning abilities.

Most of my students are goal driven and want so badly to please their teacher. They love group projects and working together on reports, but also enjoy the individual opportunities to write and research certain topics.

Because most of my students are so needy, it has been enriching to watch them grow together as individuals emotionally and mentally in the classroom. My desire is to give them everything they need to help them with their learning and to be successful.

My Project

Everyday students need outside play to let out their pinned up energy from sitting and learning. My pupils love team play! Football, soccer, and kickball all seem to be there favorites. They cannot wait to get out there and play together!

The parachute will be used to give the students a chance to work on their teamwork skills coupled with having a great time with their classmates exerting their energy!

Having all of these balls and accessories for my students will allow them to come back into the classroom ready to learn! Not only will this help them academically, but also socially as well.
