My Project

Our diverse classroom is full of innovative students with multiple proficient learning levels, inclusive of special education to language learners. We are a suburban, middle-income school that doesn't receive the additional funding necessary to purchase extra learning supplies. Our parent community does what it can to support the classrooms with additional funding. However, it doesn't cover all that students need to meet the rigor of the curriculum.

This project supports health and well-being with a science-based agricultural emphasis and storage for gardening tools.

Children are more interested in eating fruits and vegetables when they plant, grow, and harvest. The health of children promotes the health of the planet. They need someone to lend them a helping hand.
