Celebrate Black Teachers and Students

This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Project

Students are in school for 7 hours a day. That is a long time to go while only eating one meal. Some students come in without having breakfast, while others don't have lunch provided for them.

By having snacks to give my students they will refuel their brains, which will give them the energy to complete tasks in class.

Student motivation has always increased when snacks or treats can be provided. Students work hard, and by rewarding their hard work with a quick snack, they are likely to continue the perseverance and be successful in class.
