Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Nourishment helps student become more focused at home and at school. When a child has an empty stomach the last thing they want to think about is math, English or even PE. They are hungry. Our school provides breakfast and lunch for all of out students. But, when it comes to snack time most students do not have one. That is why this project is so important.

Our school is 95% below poverty level.

I believe that every student should have enough to eat and not feel ashamed because their parents can not afford to buy them snacks.
