This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My kids constantly look and ask for snacks everyday. I try to provide them with whatever candy or snacks I bring from my house, throughout the day when they've done something good or rewarding. The kids are often very hungry and don't like the school lunch so the small snacks help! Although this has been working for a few weeks, its starting to effect my own personal money. (I help as best I can) Which isn't a problem for me but I've heard about the blessings you can receive with DonorsChoose.

My goal is to create funding for different varieties of snacks and drinks to keep my kids, motivated, energized, and engaged in their learning.
