This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Every day, my 7th and 8th graders remind me of what an extraordinary time it is in their lives, and that they're trying their best.

At this point in the year, students have little to no days off and have many rigorous standardized tests to take.

The students are used to routines, but they are also pushing the boundaries. They are anxious, wiggly, and constantly hungry!

Please help us make our school days go by a little more smoothly with snacks! Sometimes we need them because lunch wasn't filling enough, we ran around so much at recess, or we enjoy a little pick-me-up during Independent Reading.
