My Students

My students are very diverse and work extremely hard. Many come from low socioeconomic backgrounds. They may have more challenges than other students but that is not reflected in their desire to succeed.

They work well with each other and they help each other succeed.

My Project

I teach at a title one elementary school. My students would usually get 2 full meals at school everyday. Since they are learning at home they are not getting their normal meals everyday.

My project is to make sure my students get regular snacks to make sure they have something to eat everyday.

Times are tough and usually these are the families that get hit hardest. Please help make sure my students have something to eat.

When you belly is empty it is hard to learn, I need your help making sure my students aren’t always hungry.
