My Project

I am passionate about nurturing the potential of my amazing students, they possess a tremendous amount of talent just waiting to be unlocked. However, distractions often stand in the way of their learning, hindering their ability to reach their full potential. As a math teacher, finding ways to minimize these distractions and increase students' ability to focus is paramount.

I am seeking funding for signal-blocking cell phone bags to help create a distraction-free learning environment for my students.

How will these cell phone bags help?

First, these signal-blocking bags offer a secure haven for phones, allowing students to keep them nearby while eliminating the constant lure of notifications and social media. Additionally, keeping phones out of sight minimizes the temptation to check them, promoting focus and uninterrupted learning. By helping to eliminate distractions, these bags will allow students to fully engage in lessons, retain information more effectively, and maximize their learning time.

I believe in a multi-pronged approach to tackle distractions and these bags will be a valuable tool in accomplishing this. Teaching my students good habits and responsible phone usage is just as important. By combining the immediate silencing power of the bags with the long-term benefits of good phone habits, I hope to create a truly effective strategy for minimizing distractions in my classroom.
