My Students

Zip, zip, zap...we're all that! That's my class! We're all that when it comes to learning and helping one another. From day one we have been building a community that does whatever it takes to see everyone succeed.

My students come from various backgrounds.

My school is located in a high poverty area, so most students do not have access to technology outside of what they get at school. In my classroom I have five English Language Learners. Having the Elmo would definitely enhance their learning and build their confidence in asking for help.

My Project

The Elmo will mostly be used for whole group instruction. Having an Elmo in the classroom will allow me and any other teachers to display the instructions and examples for the entire class to see without any problems. It will also help when students want to share their work with the class.

By having the Elmo in the classroom it will not only make learning easier for my students, but it will also make it more enjoyable.

They will have multiple ways of understanding and connecting with the information. Instead of relying on just listening to me they will be able to read it for themselves.
