My Project

Having a handheld calculator will help my students to focus on calculations. Their Chromebooks are very helpful, but they also have a tendency to go and open other tab like playing games, YouTube, and the like. The calculator will serve its purpose since the 8th graders are allowed to use a calculator. This will also help them to focus on the content because they do not need to take their time in long computation. This will give them the chance to have concrete material! Some students have never even seen a real calculator like this! It will be an experience that both teacher and students will benefit from!
