This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My students come from a variety of social and economically diverse backgrounds. We have been fortunate enough to receive new devices, however are still in need of headphones to help students focus and complete tasks. My class participates in character building activities monthly, to complete these SEL driven assignments. The headphones will support them to strengthen their listening skills as well as provide the privacy needed to meet the students individually at their own levels. Finally, the headphones are a needed asset for reinforcement and support by allowing not only visual but audio rigor to academic instruction.
