My Project

Reading is extremely important for students' success in all subject areas (not just ELA) and all aspects of life. Research demonstrates that students should read books and poems on their level that are both fiction and nonfiction that they can decode to achieve results in reading.

This project will ensure that students are able to find decodable books and poems on their level and have appropriate literacy materials to work with.

This will allow them to learn and practice specific and targeted reading skills and strategies at their level while having fun.

We are excited to create and eventually expand our leveled library to add more decodable books. My students and I thank you in advance for your kind donations. Together, the future looks bright.
