Floor Space

Please help me give my students a soft rug to sit on. Our tile floor is hard, and they love sitting on it. They would benefit from a soft area rug.

My Project

My 6th-grade students love sitting on the floor. As long as they can do their work, I'm ok with them sitting anywhere. These kids are amazing! They are hard workers, kind to one another, and many of them have overcome some not-so-great circumstances.

These are kids who go out of their way to offer peer tutoring, share school supplies, and help our custodian keep our classroom clean (they offer her a lot of help!)..

They deserve a comfortable place to sit or lie down.

A rug is essential for children who become ill and either have to wait for someone to pick them up or lie down until they feel better. My classroom is a safe place for everyone!
