Help me give my students a carpet fit for learning! This past school year, my classroom flooded and my carpet was heavily damaged. It has never been the same and I want the best for my little firsties.

My Project

Because I teach a primary grade, so much of my students’ learning occurs on our carpet. Our class carpet is a place for all of us to learn, explore, and experience amazing things together. My students play, read, write, color, all on our class carpet. I have wanted to replace my current carpet to provide the most special environment for my first graders to succeed and continue making my room a home. My students are hardworking, resilient, and so overwhelmingly kind and I want to give back to them in the way they give so much at school.
