My Students

I have 36 of the most eager, fun loving, rock star students. Every day I look at that rainbow of faces and know that I'm truly blessed to be their teacher.

The challenge of teaching to the multiple learning styles and the collage of backgrounds that encompass each student, makes every day different.

Small groups, peer tutoring, and hands on learning activities, ensures that each student will be successful, encouraged and motivated to learn. There's never a dull moment and every day is rewarding!

My Project

Flocabulary is the best way to hook students to a new standard or strategy. The fun and hip lyrics and beats that Flocabulary uses keep students engaged and focused through out the lesson. They can also practice and reinforce the skill with the interactive games that each lesson contains.

Flocabulary is a great tool for me to use in my classroom.

It not only enhances my lessons but the built in assessments help me to gage the students comprehension of the skill taught. It’s so much fun they don’t even realize they are learning and practicing. They beg to hear the songs again and again. I even catch them singing the songs on their way home.
