Help me give my students an iPad Pro as an agency in controlling their behavior and academic success!

Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
I use the Classdojo platform to reinforce students' behavior. Also, I use iDoceo to track their improvements. Currently, I need to project my computer with their progress impeding me from projecting other slides at the same time. With a tablet, I will be able to control their behavior and progress while they are working on their desk, providing instant feedback for me and them.
My students will benefit from that tablet use during their independent work by getting instant feedback on their own work.
Flipped classroom teaching approach has the potential to create positive learning outcomes in terms of clinical skills, communication, and teamwork capabilities, as well as the competencies of critical thinking, caring, work ethic, and accountability. Therefore, they will increase their performance and their overall school experience.
They will complete their assignments on time and instant feedback will be reported them. Furthermore, I will elaborate videos for students to watch at home at their own pace.
I attach this video to show possible donors how flipped classrooms works: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BCIxikOq73Q
It is especially useful for communities with high absence percentages like ours.
