My Project
As a first-year transitional kindergarten teacher, I am deeply committed to providing my students with the best learning experience possible. My students are amazing, and they deserve to have the best learning environment. Which is why I believe a sensory table can significantly enhance learning and fine motor skills. Sensory play is crucial for young learners as it fosters exploration, creativity, and cognitive development. With a sensory table in our classroom, my students will have the opportunity to engage in hands-on tactile play that ignites their curiosity and supports their learning journey.
My goal with this project is to create a dynamic learning environment where my students can thrive and develop essential skills through play-based learning experiences.
By regularly changing the items in the sensory bins to correspond with new learning activities and themes, I aim to keep my students engaged and excited about learning.
