My Students

My 3rd graders come to school every morning with smiles on their faces; they love coming to school. My students are coming from rural, low-income neighborhoods, and most of them are coming from very low-income homes.

My students are full of amazing potential; they are hard workers and they have so much love to give.

All they need is a little support! My passion, as a teacher, has always been to serve the kiddos who need my support the most, and I love being able to provide them with the tools they need to succeed!

My Project

There are three items that you would be donating towards.

We will put these items to good use!

Whiteboard Circles: We will use these at a small group table. Students can write directly on the whiteboards. They will use them to work out math problems, practice their math, facts, and more!

Carpet circles: These will go on our carpet in our meeting area spot. Each student will get a carpet circle to sit on during lessons, stories, etc!

Stools: These stools will replace the standard chairs we currently have in our classroom. Students will get the opportunity to use the stools throughout the day! This will become one of our 'flexible seating' options. Flexible seating in a classroom has been proven to increase learning, attention, and much much more!
