My Students

I am lucky enough to teach some of the most amazing children. Each and every student eagerly comes to school every day to learn and interact with myself and each other. The students view school as a second home, and I really want them to feel welcome each time they walk in.

My school is a Title I school and with that means our needs are somewhat different from that of other schools.

Although we have many and different needs, it does not replace the love my students have for school. The students are eager to learn ALL subjects and they deserve the right to do so.

My Project

My students deserve the same opportunities to experience new initiatives in school. One new initiative my school is participating in is personalized learning, and with that comes flexible seating!

The variety of choices in seating will showcase to my students that not all students learn the same way, and they should not be forced to.
