My Project

I am looking to add more flexible seating options into my classroom next year. Going into my 3rd year teaching, I don’t have a huge flexible seating collection. So far, I use carpet squares and the choice to sit at a table rather than their desk. However, I find using stools, instead of traditional school chairs, helps students maintain focus during lessons or silent work. It also allows students to work more collaboratively with their peers.

Flexible seating provides students with a choice in their learning style.
