Their enthusiasm was incredible to see, and the tiles have become even more popular than our classroom Legos. Seeing images paired with words helps students build vocabulary, strengthen comprehension, and connect new language to what they are learning in reading, writing, and math.\r\n\r\nMy students are especially excited about the colorful materials we use during lessons and small group activities. These visuals make learning more engaging and give students the confidence to speak, write, and share their ideas. Even my quieter students are participating more because the pictures and sentence supports help guide their thinking.\r\n\r\nWith your donation, my students were able to practice for the ACCESS test using practice materials printed in color. These exercises are so good for their dexterity and for strengthening their little hands.\r\nIn addition, the students tried using markers to add color to their artwork pieces.
