My Project
Our 5th graders are attentive and self aware when it comes to their needs in the classroom. They have freedom to move around the room when working, moving themselves closer as needed to the white board or when completing group work. In an already tiny classroom, our goal is to maximize space and make it as comfortable for learning as possible for our students. Students love sitting on the floor and working, without rugs and alternative seats, they are forced to sit on the cold floor. Having alternative seating will allow them to choose what is best for them throughout the day.
