Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

The students do not have the essential resources in the classroom to create an environment where they can grow, learn, and thrive at their own pace while providing them a supportive and relaxed environment.

The students are confined to a certain space with no freedom to blossom and to become an independent, striving, and creative student.

Students need to have the choice of different options to help support them in their learning environment.

It is important to provide flexible seating for students during our Reader's and Writer's Workshop. Each student has a unique way of learning and it is the responsibility of an educator to find what works for each student.

A flexible seating environment in a classroom gives students different choices while learning, which meets their needs for sensory movement.

Please give my students an opportunity to move around the classroom throughout the day while they are learning. It is important to provide students with options and accommodations to meet their needs.
