Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Tk students learn through movement. TK students ave lots of wiggles that can cause them to lose focus and creat behavior issues. Creating flexible seating in my classroom gives my students the choice to pick their seat which will support their learning. I want my students to feel comfortable and be able to focus. Flexible seating allows students to get their wiggles out and fulfill their sensory needs in an appropriate way.

Most of my students come from low income families and giving them the power of choice woth their seating will help build their confidence
