My Project

The materials I have requested are to provide flexible seating in my classroom, as well as some organizational materials.

Flexible classrooms give students a choice in what kind of learning space works best for them, and help them to work collaboratively, communicate, and engage in critical thinking.

When students are able to choose their own seat, they are also able to find a seating arrangement that works best for them. This means that they are more likely to be comfortable, which can lead to improved focus and concentration, staying on task, and being more productive.

Students can also quickly and easily pair up, work in small groups, and have whole class discussions without moving desks.
