This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Flexible seating helps us move and learn in ways that work for us. Our literacy garden is in need of seating options were we can be comfortable and confident in reading. The flexible seating options we are asking for will be placed under our class reading tree so students may choose books that interest them and cozy up with it.

The bean bag seating is designated for the calm corner.

An are of the room where students needing an emotional reset can go to gather their feelings, sort their emotions, and change their mindset with a mindful minute.
