My Project

I am a special education teacher with an ABA classroom for students with autism within a public school. Purchasing these sensory seating options, including stools and floor seats, will give my students the tools they need in order to regulate their bodies, allowing them to be more successful. Given the correct tools, my students will have their sensory needs met, allowing them to be more available for learning and attend to teacher directions.

The different seating options will also allow the students to have a calm, comfortable area where the students can access break time within my classroom.

When the students have a safe space to take a break, they will then be more readily available for learning and thus spend more time in an academic setting.
