This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
We have 90 third grade students spread across three classrooms, but we love to do as much all together as possible.
Creating a small group space where students can learn at their own pace means flexible seating.
We need soft stools and cushions that can be used as seating or tables. This area will house our library, rugs, and other items for differentiated instruction. You may have seen these type of seats in our halls as they are all over and frequently used. Best of all, they can be wiped down for easy cleaning!
