My 2nd graders are enthusiastic learners who come to school looking for love, support, and the chance to learn more. My goal is to make school a safe and fun learning environment. I love finding ways to help my students improve their math and reading skills in fun and engaging ways.

My Project
Students' learning has been interrupted by COVID and they are falling behind in their academics. I want to create a classroom with multiple seating options to help students learn in the way that is best for them. Not only will having this seating help them academically as they work in seating that is comfortable but it will impact their emotional wellbeing too! This seating makes a classroom more inviting and welcoming. It meets the needs of a variety of students and helps them to feel successful at school.
