My Students

I have the best students in the world! They are bright, kind, eager to learn, and appreciative of new opportunities! We spend our days learning about the importance and power of language and writing.

Through our work together, we discover the true impact of the written word, not only on our generations, but its lasting power for generations to come.

Our classroom truly exemplifies the spirit of unity, and we live by our classroom motto: "We belong to each other."

My Project

Students need to be able to move during class, and these items will allow my most fidgety kiddos the ability to meet their needs while they're still in their seats.

Research shows us that movement while learning is key; however, our traditional school system doesn't always allow students to move when they need to.

While I try to plan lots of activities that allow movement, it isn't always in the cards if we are testing or doing activities that require longer focus. Having equipment in the classroom that students can use to help them meet their needs will allow everyone to be comfortable and focus on learning!
