Flexible Seating

My students need balance balls, wobble chairs, and bouncy bands to complete their flexible seating in the classroom.

My Students

I am teaching Kindergarten so my students are little, but full of energy! They are always moving around because they are curious about everything around them. This class will do well with flexible seating because they won't be able to sit in a chair all day long.

The option of flexible seating will be beneficial to their learning in the classroom.

I will have 4 girls and 7 boys in my class. They are all excited to start Kindergarten, but I want to give them the materials they need to succeed in the classroom.

My Project

The bouncy bands will be placed on every desk so the students can rest their feet on and move when needed. The balance balls will be used to sit on during story time. The wobble chairs will be used to sit on when the students are meeting with the teacher during centers.

The products that I have selected will give my students the freedom they need to move around, but yet be focused in class.

They will all benefit one way or another from the different seating that I have chosen because it will be a change they need during the day.
