My Project
Times have changed in the traditional classroom now that we are post pandemic learning, but the stress of expectations have not for some kids. Some of my students still need to release an extra bit of stress and anxiety on a daily basis. Having different options in flexible seating, will help my students to stay focus and be able to release their energy in a way that will benefit their learning.
Please help support my class by providing some more of these flexible seating options for my classroom.
I currently have only cushions for the students to sit on, However many of my students would be benefit from stools and wobble cushions. Having stools that are able to move from place to place will also be beneficial for my students to be able to work in different areas of the classroom.
Additionally, many of my students struggle to effectively manage their time even when their movement needs have been met. So being able to reward the students with using mini resin animals, will help the students to meet their goals of finishing their assignments within the allotted time. Some of my students have really been into reading the series "My weird school, " so getting these books for them would be a reward in itself to help them to effectively manager their time to be able to gain extra reading time.
All of these small changes lead to big changes in the success of the classroom learning environment!
