My students need flexible seating in the classroom to help them have a space that works best for them. The wobble seats, soft seats, and tranquil rug will allow my students to be more comfortable.

Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My students are learning today for tomorrow! They come in eager to learn everyday and come from diverse backgrounds. No matter what their situations are at home, my students work hard to be helpful and to also embrace the motto of never giving up. They are always trying their best and even encourage others to do their best work.
My students love to be creative and make things with their own hands.
It is those things that they cherish and are proud of. Those things which make them walk out the door with a big smile on their face.
My Project
Flexible seating in the classroom will help me meet all of my students learning needs, especially when dealing with the Kindergarten grade level. The soft seat and wobble chairs would be perfect for meeting all of my students needs. Being able to move and change seating for specific students with needs can eliminate several behavior issues that may arise.
There are those students that just can’t sit still and I want to be able to provide those students with a work space that works best for them.
The new furniture will provide all students with a different seating option throughout the day besides a hard chair. It will benefit all students because the seats will be located at the library so that all students can’t feel free to grab a seat during choice time when reading at the library. Not only will it meet their needs during class but will also encourage them to read more.
