My Project
Many students don’t learn their best while sitting still in a hard chair and need seating that is flexible to their learning needs. I love to offer multiple seating choices in my classroom for 4th grade students who all have different learning needs.
A “wobbly stool” allows students who need to move the ability to move while still sitting and completing their work.
I plan to use these stools daily in my classroom in order to give students the opportunity to wiggle while they work.
It is important that students in my classroom who may learn differently be given the same opportunity with modifications that are simple, such as changing their seating choices.
