This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Project

My students with special needs enjoy a learning space where their need for movement is embraced! Your generous donations to my previous projects really made a positive difference in my students’ engagement and managing their challenging behaviors. This current project will assist in continuing this growth among my deserving students. The standing desk paired with the wobble stool will allow for versatility and student choice of their desired learning environment. The desk cycle will provide a stationary seated position that simultaneously gives movement and exercise for students! These three additional seating arrangements will meet the individual learning styles of my students while nurturing their physical and emotional needs!
