Flexible Seating Supports the Universal Design for Learning
Help me give my students flexible floor seating, that will support our Universal Design for Learning classroom set-up.

These light weight seats with back support will sit at a low round table, where students can work on reading and writing at a space other than their desk. The seats can be moved to the rug for small group literacy instruction. Not everyone learns best sitting at a desk, in the same spot, all day. Many kids benefit from have options to complete work in a variety of spaces within the classroom. This supports the universal design for learning — It works not just for some, but for all! This is an inclusive classroom, supporting Oakland Public school kids, and hope fully these seats will be well lived for years to come.
