My Students

My second grade classroom is a place of friendship, challenge, and discovery. These kiddos are full of energy, creativity, and so much imagination! They enter our building each day ready to explore and to share their love of learning with those around them.

These kiddos love a great read aloud, and enjoy hands on learning, and movement throughout the classroom.

I am extremely proud to be teaching this group of future leaders, entrepreneurs, scientists, teachers... they are our future! Thank you in advance for your support of our classroom!

My Project

My students are active learners, and deserve a comfortable flexible seating environment so that they can do their best learning throughout the day! As we transition to flexible seating, students will no longer be using desks- instead they will sit wherever in the room is most comfortable to them. The lack of desks in our classroom limits the amount of storage students will have for their books, journals, folders, and other materials. These storage carts will give students a place to keep and easily access their belongings during the day. These carts will provide storage for students this year and for years to come!
