My Students

They are such a loving and happy group of kids. I have so many kids that enjoy standing and working or sitting on the floor to work. They really try hard to learn, lead, and excel everyday!

The students I work with are at a Title I school.

These students are not presented with multiple opportunities. If I provide them with different seating it might intrigue them to learn more.

My students deserve more than what I can provide for them as a teacher.

My Project

I am a 2nd grade teacher. It is a Title 1 school. I work with ESOL and SPED students in my classroom. My students LOVE to sit around the room and in different forms of seating. That is why I want to provide flexible seating for them. I already have a few buckets and a couch for them to sit on. I think adding these stools would be very beneficial.

It will be helpful because providing different choices of seating, gives those students who need a different learning environment the chance to have it.

My students will use these stools at their technology station, small group table, and at their seats.
