My students are quirky and energetic 6th graders coming to us from a few different elementary schools.
After two years of their school being affected by COVID-19, they are enjoying being back in the classroom full-time and seeing their friends every day.
My Project
Over the last two years, students have spent much time at home and in more flexible seating options than we can generally provide at school. Now that they're back to the classroom, they're struggling to sit still and be productive.
By providing students wobble chairs, I'm hoping to channel their energy and restlessness into productivity and thus learning gain.
Our students deserve to be comfortable and a bit more flexible than when they're sitting on traditional chairs that restrict their movement.
