My Students

My students are amazing. They are joyful, energetic, and so ready to learn. My favorite thing is that they are always willing to try new things.

In January we switched to flexible seating.

It has been simply wonderful, for both our classroom management, and also for our classroom enjoyment. I truly believe that flexible seating has made students love coming to school more. We have rockers, bean bags, yoga mats, Wobble chairs, rolling chairs, bungee chairs, and more. They have been acquired from friends, family, garage sales, and from great donors on DonorsChoose.org. Now we need workspaces to use at our flexible seating stations.

My Project

My students need six Laptop Buddy desks. Currently we have three lap desks and they work great with our flexible seating options. The other flexible seating stations need workspaces that allow students to work comfortably, but also complete work in a neat way. These lap desks would do just that.

I know that lap desks seem so simple, but they would be amazing for my students.

I would love to have them to start the new year. Having these would fulfill a need and make our classroom work even more smoothly. We appreciate every gift that is given to us.
