My Project

Imagine this. The year is 2023, you're 14 years old, and you have now lived through one of the most infamous times in history. You're finally back in school; that is relatively "normal." You don't have to cover your face, you can eventually move about like a regular kid again.

Now, imagine this scenario; you're 14 years old, and you've missed almost 2 and a half years of "normal" school.

You are trying your best to succeed but you feel lost and confused.

The items in this project will make our classroom more comfortable, and more accessible and also increase student learning. The padded squares will allow my students to sit around the classroom more comfortably. The decorations will allow our classroom to shift when needed. For example, the curtains will help block the window that causes a glare on the screen. The chairs will allow more options to move around. We also are creating a safer environment by allowing students to have a calming corner with mental health reminders.
