Help me give my students flexible seating areas within our classroom! A spacious rug will provide students with a comfortable space for whole group lessons and stories, while the seats will give different places for students to learn.
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
I would love to provide different learning areas in the classroom for my students. The rug and seating options will provide space for students to comfortably complete whole group, small group and independent work throughout the classroom.
My second graders are so amazing, and I look forward to them seeing a classroom space that can feel like home each year.
Students all learn and work differently, and providing them with flexible seating options can help meet these individual needs.
