My students are amazing kids that are coming to me this year ready to learn. They have a wide variety of interests and abilities, but all are still developing their love for learning.
My classroom contains several students who have special learning needs.
The need for flexible seating options in the classroom is growing. Having flexible seating options helps ALL students learn better by making them more comfortable, allowing them more movement without distraction, and making the classroom a more inviting and fun place to learn.
My Project
These ball chairs and wiggle seats offer a variety of flexible seating options to my students. They allow students with disabilities such as ADD, ADHD, and Autism sensory movement while sitting for lengthy periods of time.
By donating to our project, you will be helping fund flexible seating that allows ALL students in the room the benefit of a more comfortable chair that can improve their posture and focus while doing classwork, reading a book, or simply listening to a lesson.
These chairs allow students to move around without being a distraction to the learning happening in the classroom. They will be available for students to use anytime they are in the classroom.
