Flexible Seating in Kindergarten!

Help me give my students flexibility while learning in our classroom. I have included items that will allow for comfortable seating with the bean bags and wobbly chairs.

My Students

As I start a new school year, I am wanting to implement flexible seating in my classroom. I recently attended a training on Kagan strategies and I think that a more flexible print rich environment will make my students thrive. The students in my school all receive free breakfast and lunch. I would love to help them be more comfortable in our classroom and give them access to more age appropriate books at the same time.

My Project

My students will be able to choose the most comfortable way for them to learn. All kids learn in different ways and need different levels of comfort to learn. Some like traditional seating and some learn best by sitting in a bean bag chair or wobbling on a wobbly chair. This project will allow for this in my classroom. All students will be allowed to choose the type of seating they would prefer each day. They can change it up each day to find what works best for them to learn.
