Flexible Seating in Fifth Grade

Help me give my students the opportunity to experience flexible seating designed for middle-level learners.

My Project

I am working to create age-appropriate flexible seating options for my fifth-grade learners. This year, I will move from lower elementary to upper elementary, and my current flexible seating options are too small for these older learners. I am hoping to receive these two counter height tables to go with the chairs donated to my classroom.

Please consider helping me provide the most engaging, age-appropriate learning environment possible!

I have learned that when I provide a space that gives autonomy to my learners in choosing where and in what space they want to do their learning I am, in part, motivating them to make more informed decisions about their learning and working habits later in life.
