This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

We are an energetic group of 2nd Graders! We love to learn through movement and collaborating together! We enjoy being able to choose our seats every day. It helps give us choice and take responsibility for our learning!

We are a diverse group of learners and having a variety of choices for where to sit is extremely beneficial to our learning!

We love moving around and having flexible seating lets us move our bodies even while we are working at our tables!

Our classroom is in need of new flexible floor seating and flexible seating at our small group table! I have a few friends in particular that will benefit greatly from having these new chairs.
