Help me give my students flexible seating as part of a reward system. Students who earn the most points for active participation and effort get the chance to use the "comfy chair" for a day.

Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Most of my students are juniors and seniors who have to work after school. They are frequently tired and unmotivated. For that reason, I must find ways to engage their attention and encourage them. What I noticed is that the more comfortable they are (without falling asleep, of course), the more likely they are to be alert and eager to learn. I have allowed them to seat in my chair at times, and they immediately become more active. That's why I will prepare a "comfy chair" station as a reward system, to stimulate their efforts and recover the attention of those who are usually unmotivated.
