My Students

My school is located just outside the city of Atlanta in a Title I school. My students are a diverse group that loves to learn! My students thrive off of engaging educational experiences. The students look forward to coming to school each day because my staff cares so much about each child! My students work very hard each day and never give up! They deserve the very best education. The staff at my school is full of talented people who work hard to provide our students with memorable experiences.

My Project

Last year I started to implement flexible seating as I believe it is important to maintain focus and engagement. I have seen a huge shift in behavior because of flexible seating options. Flexible seating can enhance cognitive performance, provide choice, allows for movement, comfort, and fun!

I am requesting a hanging pod chair because I think this will be a fun asset to our flexible seating options.

The students will get to relax while they complete tasks throughout the day. Who wants to sit in a hard chair all day? I know I sure don't! Will you consider supporting my project to allow our flexible seating options to grow?
