My Students

I'm a first-year kindergarten teacher; I have dreamed of this day since I was in kindergarten myself. I haven't met my students yet but I can already tell you, I will love and cherish each one of them. I look forward to the first day I see the 20 beaming faces. On this day, I will know I am where I belong.

I want to provide for my students a rich academic environment that is loving and caring to allow for each child to grow.

I can't believe this dream is becoming a reality, soon I will be able to teach the most amazing students and I couldn't be more excited.

My Project

In my classroom, I would like to bring in flexible seating to support all types of learning. Five-year-olds have the hardest time staying still, therefore, impacting their learning with all the wiggles.

My hope is to incorporate flexible seating to allow all the students to learn their best.

My classroom will be an environment that nurtures all learning and allows five-year-olds to still be wiggly and learn.

I have lowered tables so with these cushions, the students will be comfortable and confident in their learning. I look forward to seeing how flexible seating impacts my students and the growth in their learning!
