This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My first graders are curious, energetic, and full of potential. They come to school each day excited to learn and grow.
Flexible seating will give them the freedom to choose comfortable spots where they can focus, stay engaged, and do their best work.
At this age, movement and choice are key to helping students stay on task and build confidence.
With your support, I hope to create a learning environment with a new rug, stools, and rocker chairs where every child can thrive and feel empowered. Students need to feel comfortable to grasp new knowledge.
